<p />I finally got warmed up enough to break in the Mini. Made some Hamburgers, and they were Eggcellent.[p]I cooked right on the countertop and it was easy. Easier and quicker than on the Small or Large Eggs. So now I know why Mini owners rave about them. I'll get the nest later but the little feet worked well. I'll probably make a transporter like Jay (SSN686) has. His works great.[p]Here it is with the first fire.[p]MiniFirstFire.jpg[p]And here it is with two half-pound 80/20 patties. (Just barely got 'em on the grid)[p]MiniFirstCook.jpg[p]So if you are looking to increase the number of Eggs at your house, consider the Mini. It's everything everyone says it is and more.[p]Spring "Spring Hen Did Good" Chicken
