Rosemary Flank Steak and first pic attempts

<p />Got a great recipe for rosemary flank steak at epicurious.com. I added a generous shake or two of crushed red pepper to even out the honey in the marinade.[p]Made about 1/2 of cup of extra marinade in reserve. Seared both sides 3-4 minutes about 500-550 degrees. After taking it off the egg, I wrapped the flank steak in a tightly closed pouch of HDAF for about 10-12 minutes. Cut off one the corners of the pouch and drained the juices into a pan with the reserved marinade. Reduced the mixture maybe a little more than half.
