Unknown
edited November -0001 in EggHead Forum
I just pulled my prime rib roasts. Went to the store to get some Copenhagen and when I came back, they were done. Internal temp on the bigger one was reading 126.
Thanks to Max, Thirdeye and others for sharing their wealth of knowledge with us novices.[p]Merry Christmas,[p]Kevin[p]This is the horseradish paste: kosher salt, horseradish, garlic, rosemary, tyme, cracked pepper. It made the bowl smile.[p]ChristmasEve2007002.jpg[p]Prime ribs from Whole Foods[p]ChristmasEve2007003.jpg[p]Prep[p]ChristmasEve2007004.jpg[p]Done[p]ChristmasEve2007005.jpg[p]>

    EggJitsu,
That sounds great! I'll have to try it soon. [p]BTW, I think I've had too much Christmas cheer already. Things started getting fuzzy at the end of your post. :):):)

  • Ron_L,[p]Don't fret and have another! I think the fuzziness is my lack of photography skills.[p]By the way, I forgot to mention the EVOO in the horseradish paste. Got the recipe from Tyler Florence on the Food Network. (I added additionally the juice of a lime and a splash of Balsamic Vinegar for the acidity).[p]
