40 minutes total, 20 minutes a side at 320... pretty much followed thirdeye's recipe. except i melted the light brown sugar and cayenne with a little maple syrup and painted it on when i flipped the weaves at 20 minutes.[p]i haven't tasted it yet, but it sure smells good! i'll be taking both weaves to a party at the bar tomorrow night
