Chicken on the Turkey Canon

Anyone ever use the Turkey Canon? I think it works a lot better than simply beer can chicken. (Hopefully the picuture works)

This was done before thanksgiving. Will do another tomorrow night. Placed on the Turkey canon, with some miscellaneous rub I had left over for poultry. Turkey cannon had beer, garlic, onion and herbs. Did it direct at 350-400 for about 1 1/4 hours. The angle of the bird protects the breast while the thigh and legs get more heat (which is probably good).[p]Smoke was Apple and Maple chunks.[p]My wife thought it was best chicken I have done. Very juicy.
