I had an open bottle of Fischer & Wieser Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce so I decided to inject a piece of Tri Tip like I did with a pork tendloin awhile back. I also gave it a light coat of Dizzy Pig Cowlick rub. I did strain the Chipolte sauce first.[p] TriTip001.jpg[p]TriTip003.jpg[p]I do mine low first then sear at the end, that is why the probe is in.[p]TriTip004.jpg[p]It is now ready for the sear.[p]TriTip007.jpg[p]The Sear.[p]TriTip008.jpg[p]Sorry, I ate the whole damn piece. That as half a tri tip, normally would have lasted me two night. Nothing left. Forgot to take a picture on the plate.[p]Now, the sauce is sweet so it may not be for some but for me????[p]Damn Good.[p]Cheers,
