Being Canadian we don't have our thanksgiving on the same day as the American holiday...However since I was seventeen years old I would always skip out of either work or school and cook up something good to eat, drink some beer and watch the football games. This is what I cooked up this year to celebrate:stuffed chicken, brocoli and cheese sauce, baby carrots and fresh bread.
