Mad Max'd Prime Rib

Hi there. Did a small prime rib last night, my first on the egg. Used Mad Max's method and Chef Besh's recipe (from Dec. Food & Wine - horseradish and herb butter crust). Wow... did it come out FANTASTIC! Pulled off the egg at 125 and tented lightly for 15 minutes. I think I've finally semi-mastered holding a temp. Thanks Max!
