Got this from local grocery. Beef roast tied together. Any idea on cooking this thing?

Yea, looks like a football. says top round on the package. which is the top of the leg muscle,right? Any good?

It is a great cut of beef. Treat it that way. It is going to be very lean. Follow others advice for cooking a beef roast on the egg. I haven't cooked one on an egg.[p]Mike

Cool, cook indirect at 325 in a V rack till 125 internal, tent for 15 min.open a beer and enjoy..EVOO on the outside and Cow lick Dizzy Pig,I guess.Looks like you could fill it with stuffing if you wanted.
