I have an 8lb cooked ham that I want to cook on the egg today. I'm planning on cooking it at 325* for 20 minutes per pound until it reaches 140*.[p]I will be cooking indirect with a plate setter. Should I put foil around it? Do you just lay it on it's side on the grate? I dont want it to be dry. Thanks for you input!!![p]
