Smoked Sausage

<p />Woke up this morning craving some sausage and didn't want to mess up a frying pan.[p]img_0335.jpg[p]Cooked this at 425 direct for about 7 minutes a side. Over a mesquite chuck to give a deep smoke flavor.[p]img_0336.jpg[p]This is after flipping the first time.[p]img_0337.jpg[p]This is all I had left by the time I brought them in to take my final picture. Think I'll do some for EGGtoberfest to get it kicked off that morning.
