Great little tailgating food

I don't know what they are called, but the guy who was tailgating next to us on Saturday was smoking bits of duck wrapped in bacon and banana peppers. They were fantastic. [p]Try it out if you get the chance. They are definitely going on my game day menu.

    been doing this for years and love it....try dove breasts stuffed with jalapeno and onion wrapped in bacon...or a pork fatty but use 1 part deer sausage and 1 part pork sausage...pretty good too...glad you like duck....only 2 more months till we can start whacking green heads here in ark...
