How do you even prepare one for grilling?

I just grill them over a hot fire. 4-5 minutes per side. I've done things like marinate them for 15-20 minutes in italian dressing, then top with things like a slice of grilled onion and a slice of mozzarella, goat cheese and chopped tomatoes with a bit of jalapeno and lime mixed in (you can find it in the tomato section, usually on the top shelf in a blue and yellow can, as I recall). Whatever you want, put it on top. I grill the gills side down first, then flip and add the toppings and finish it.[p]TNW
