1 1/2 " Berkshire Pork Rib Chops![p]Brined with Molasses, Brown Sugar and Kosher Salt.[p]Rubbed with Raging River, from the Dizzy Piggsters in Fairfax![p]T-Rex'd and finnished with a glaze of Grade B Maple Syrup, and
Knob Creek Bourbon![p]A small sampling of the Knob Creek was required by the Cook
