Rib question

What do y'all do with any left over, kind of dry, end ribs and little flaps of meat? Not wonderful to eat as is. I'm thinking someone here has experimented with using them in a pot of beans or soup or ???

Al B,[p]If you have pieces and parts too dry to enjoy, you can chop and put in beans or use them as filler for ABTs. You can also use them to flavor pots of green beans, collards, or anything else that needs a touch of pork.
