Looking for CHUCK for brisket help...

Chuck hopefully you will see this post. I was speaking with Ed over at Stove Works in Medford (where I got my Egg) and he said to reach out to you for some advice on cooking up a brisket. I live in Medford also...I'd love to get to together and talk "egg'ing" sometime...Ed says you're the man in our area to talk to...[p]Brian

    BBQ Brian,[p] Not saying CHUCK is not a good brisket maker, but if you want a really great brisket it's a woman you should be talking too.[p] Mollyshark makes the best brisket I have eaten to date.

    I have to agree with you.
    They say presentations can account for 50% of the flavor in your mind.
    Now I'm not saying anything about Chucks looks but, Molly driving up to the judges in her little red convertable BMW must be worth a couple points even before the food hits the table.
