lyn,[p]Rub it with your favorite rub or just coarse ground black pepper. Stick it on a raised grate with a drip pan underneath (it won't drip...just keeps it away from the flame). Cook it like 325 or so until internal 135. Wrap it in foil and let it sit 20 mins or longer. Slice it thin for roast beef sandwiches or a little thicker for serving on a plate with some horsey sauce. Easy as pie and delicious.[p]Mshark
