<p />Play around, here is the basics.[p]2lbs lean ground pork
1 Red Delicious or 2 Granny Smith's apple finely chopped
4 oz Homestyle Musselman's apple sauce.
1/4 cup packed Brown sugar.
1/4 cup bread crumbs.
Mix all the stuff together. Let set in the fridge covered overnight. My experience, more flavor the next day.
Inject or baste with pure maple syrup at some point in the cook.
Add more brown sugar for flavor, bread crumbs to hold it together.[p]apsg3.jpg[p]I will have plenty at Omaha.[p]Mike
