Cue's Your Daddy,
Different people have created carriers for small and medium eggs that can be found with a search. I just took my mini on vacation using a plastic crate that you find in office supply stores that looks like the old milk crates.
Listing the size of you egg might help too.

Cue's Your Daddy,[p]Pick it and put it in there...I find it transports better and safer as one unit. I even put a primo oval in the back of my john boat and hauled it all the way to and from Myrtle Beach this past week. I used the Deere to get it in the boat but no damage. I can fit 3 xl's in the back of my tahoe. One thing for sure they do not tip over..::))

Cue's Your Daddy,
here's my small in our cliche'-mobile.[p]
[p]if you are worried about rattling, separate the guts with sections of newspaper. i didn't though, since i knew i was gonna be on the highway.[p]the garbage bag trick worked well to keep out any smell and ash, since i think the car was a month old when i did this, and it's the wife's ride.

Cue's Your Daddy,
If it's just a one-shot deal I would go get me an appropriate size cardboard box to set your Egg in for transporting it. But if you might be transporting it on a fairly regular basis you might want to invest some time in building a wooden transporter.[p]I made mine so that it also serves as a cooking center when I get where I'm going.[p]

Spring Chicken,
When you gonna get a custom handle for your egg? I think there's a guy on the forum that makes them.

Carbonizer,
At the time that photo was taken the Egg was less than a week old. I made the transporter to take it to Fredericksburg for the Landscaper Annual Gettogather. A year and a half later and it still doesn't have a Lawn Ranger Handle. Nor does my Large Egg which I upgraded to a new spring assist band a few months ago.[p]And now I'm The Apprentice at Lawn Ranger Tools. Guess which two Eggs are going to get my first handles LOL...[p]BTW... it's 1:25 AM for those who keep tabs on my middle-of-the-night postings.[p]Spring "Ask Me How My Handle Is Hanging" Chicken

Spring Chicken,
Just wondering, how many weeks vacation do you get with the new job? 5:30 - here-off to estimate some plummin.
-
Carbonizer,
All of 'em, plus two. Lawn Ranger knew I was retired when he hired me. The way I see it I'm still retired and now he owes me two weeks.[p]Spring "Cleaned Up My So I Could Put In A Cot" Chicken
