Salmon and halibut

One of my employees called me from the Seattle airport a little while ago. He is on his way back from fishing in Ketchikan and said he had 80 lbs of salmon and halibut that he is bringing back. He also said that his family would never eat it all, so he is giving me part of it. I didn't even have to bribe him with balsamic vinegar and parmesan reggiano. -RP
