left over tri-tip

HASH. .. . dice up taters (or use the frozen ore ida hashbrowns) and onions (peppers if you like)... . in a pan or wok, heat up some butter and oil, throw the taters in with some salt and pepper (dizzy raging river is good for this as well). .. cook until just tender, then add the left over meat (cut up small), and keep cooking and tossing till its all done....makes a great main course. . . .

CDEN,[p] Chop it up, throw some Mexican seasoning on the meat and have your self some burritos. We have also done this and instead of burritos, made enchiladeas. Either way, you can't go wrong.[p]Egg-N-Tino

Last week I used some left over tri-tip to make some really good beef stroganoff.[p]I like to use several types of mushrooms (shiitake, Oyster, and Portobelo) to jazz it up a bit.
