WessB,[p]Let me guess, you're wearing down your knives cutting up stuff to feed that new grinder. LOL [p]This one is popular at gun and outdoor shows. Even though it doesn't fit your description it's worth a look-see.[p]~thirdeye~

WessB,[p]Would this be the one? I have been looking at it for a few years and still looking. About $75-100 depending on accesories. This number is the rep somewhere in the US.[p]512-535-7255. HTH Richard

    WessB,
does that give you the double-bevel angle some german knife manufacturers use/recommend? pretty logical looking sharpener. would be good if you can get the double bevel

    thirdeye,
I have the Spyderco sharperner and it works great. [p]SpydercoSharpener.jpg[p]But I'm blown away at the one by EdgePro. I always thought it best have a precise controlled move of the sharpener rather than an uncontrolled moving of the knife. In this case the price is well out of my range.[p]Spring "Still Sharp As A Rusty Nail" Chicken

    stike,
It would appear to do only one angle...dont see why you couldn`t set it a second time at a different angle tho...[p]Wess
