Brisket & Pork Ribs at same time?
I was thinking about doing a brisket & adding baby back ribs on a rack extender above the brisket during the last 4-5 hours of the smoke. Will this work OK or should I be concerned about cross contamination? Perhaps it would be safer to move the brisket to the extender above the ribs.[p]I would appreciate any suggestions on the best way to cook brisket & pork ribs at the same time on a large egg.

TexasBob,
easiest way may be to wrap it in the last 2-3 hours and put it in the oven and then cook your ribs, you will have some cooler time doing it this way with the brisket and you will have more space for the ribs
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
