Got the idea of using Budweiser's wings sauce frm Hayhonkers June gallery post. I noticed that one sauce he used was Budweiser. Where the heck have I been? Didnt even know these were available, so I gave the wing sauce a try.
A little sprinkle of Raging River and 12 quick minutes at 400 then ready for the sauce. Not a bad sauce..not too much heat, decent flavor, and pretty much gurantees any guest who likes wings will enjoy. I personally like a bit thicker better, but hey its the idea of having a beer label on a condiment when grilling which will make this sell.

dunno,
I usually dont use wood for wings. Lump itself provides enough wood flavor for these fast and hot treats.

Car Wash Mike,
I go back to work tomorrow after 10 days off, and will request those dates off and hopefully have approval by end of week.
Thanx for the offer. Im sure I will need something.
Hey since hopefully I'll be there I want to visit the SAC command museum. Wanna make a few hrs of it?

Smokin' Todd,
Might, but my group wants to visit the zoo as well. Like the fest won't be enough for them. LOL
Plate setters, wood, anything, let me know.[p]Mike

• Smokin' Todd,[p]Save some days off for the pending PNW Eggfest! Look forward to havin' a brew with you.[p]Totally know the difficulty of getting back into the 'work mode'. I just took THREE MONTHS paternity and on top of that interviewed and accepted an offer at a new job in my company. Bad enough getting back into work after some time off. Even more difficult when it's a totally new job you return to.[p]The Out West Todd[p]

Seattle Todd,
To be honest I had to google search paternity leave as I never heard of it. Wow Microsoft really treats their employees well. Did you have to take partial pay cut during that time?
I really want to go back to the PNW, but really dont have much time to plan, plus spent alot of cash on home improvements this year. I would want to spend more then a weekend there. If anyone hasnt done a drive along the PCSB they dont know what they're missing.
Good to see your old SN back!
Beer to you,

• Smokin' Todd,[p]MS has GREAT benefits. One month paid, burnt a month vacation and took almost a month unpaid. Course it's really easy to find yourself in a position where you work 60 to 80 hours a week to get those bennies.[p]Totally understand the planning and money situation. Seattle's in the top 5 for worst traffic and real estate prices. The better half and I each spend 2+ hours a day on the road during the work week. Been doing that for a few years and finally both decided somewhat spontaneously to move closer to work. [p]Which will be to your benefit when you make it up for a PNW Eggfest. We'll be closer to the airport and you and the family have a an open invite. [p]Hell if yer up during the NFL season I might even take you to a Seahawks game if you could stomach that.

Smokin' Todd,
Hey dem wings look yummy!
I wasn't too fond of the BBQ sauce to be honest. It didn't really stand out in any particular way. Much like their main product...DOH! hehehe[p]Of those sauces, the Fat Boy Brand was overly sweet. The Bob Gibson was a decent mustard sauce I would buy that one again.
I think the stand out was the Mango Chipotle sauce. It wasn't really toted as a rib sauce but it gave a new taste to a meat that I've become so accustomed to tasting a certain way. It was good, and different, and would be a great choice to make along side traditional ribs.[p]DSC00478_JPG.jpg
