Wild Turkey Recipe

Hello fellow eggers! I'm looking for ideas for smoking a wild turkey. It weighs about 12 lbs. [p]Thanks[p]Dale

    I hate to say this but the best way to cook a wild turkey is take the breast out slice into strips then dip in milk and then in seasoned flour and deep fry.The rest of the bird is just to tough to eat.

    Dale,[p]There is only one Turkey Recipe worth mentioning:[p]Mad Max's Turkey[p]Just keep in mind that a wild bird will be somewhat tougher, and leaner. Turkey's are pretty lean anyway. You may need to baste it a little more often. A 12 pounder is relatively young so you should be OK tough wise.[p]
