I bought some Cornish hens, thinking that the Egg would make them even better than I remember from the oven. Now I just need a good recipe, and figured I'd ask here first. Any suggestions?

They sound good. I may just have to try that out. My wife loves Parmesan on just about anything!

I tried it last night and it was very good. Dang, I forgot to take a pic. -RP

  • Eggtuary,
Try marinating them for a couple of hours in Goya brand "mojo" - a delicious marinade - find it in Latino section of supermarket.
