I have got a couple of wild boar chops (I think) They are boneless and maybe 3/4" thick. Any recipe ideas? Do I cook them like regular pork chops (as in all the way thru) or what? I Have no idea. Also looking for recipes that include any sauces or something to that effect. Thanks in advance.

    ColoradoTonka,
i would grill them like you would any other chop but i would put wild boar bbq sauce on them a few min before you take them off the grill.
