I bought some Cornish hens, thinking that the Egg would make them even better than I remember from the oven. Now I just need a good recipe, and figured I'd ask here first. Any suggestions?

Try marinating them for a couple of hours in Goya brand "mojo" - a delicious marinade - find it in Latino section of supermarket.
