jake42,[p]Man now that looks good!!! I love meat loaf, would you mind sharing your receipe. Also want kind of pan is that you are using to cook on.[p]

It was loosley based on this recipe. I made it my own by using a mixture of 1lb. of ground beef and 1lb of sweet tukey italian sausage. Also I just used ragu garlic and onion spaghetti sauce instead of marinara.
The pan that it is baked on is one of those indooor stove top grills that came out a long time ago. I found that it made better meatloaf than anything else because I fill the drain resevoir with wine which adds even more flavor. Anyway, who uses indoor grills?
