Meat for chili

<p />Hank,[p]I like to use left over meat, chicken, tuekey, chopped brisket and Pulled Pork! They add a nice smoked flavor and good texture (vs ground beef)![p]Smokey

Hank,
Ground venison is also great for chili.

Hank,
I make a chili with smoked pork loin (that I get at Sam's Club). I rub it down with a home-made rub. I generally cook the meat one day then dice or shread it for chili the next.[p]When I feel like really "putting on the dog", I use the tip trimmings of beef tenderloin diced. That doesn't happen very often.[p]Doc
