what is your favorite ways of serving and cooking brats? got a party this weekend would like to try some new stuff other than just grilling them...

I simmer them in beer and onions for twenty minutes then grill them just to put some color on them. -RP

firecracker brats in the recipe section. saute onions, simmer the onions and brats in beer until they plump up and turn grey. take them out and allow to cool abit, coat with mustard then rub of choice and grill

hiloboy,[p]I just medium grill em, bathe em in beer onions and repeat. [p]You can also do the above then put em in a pan of kraut, beer n onions. [p]You can also do the above and add em to cubed, cooked potatos, onions and green peppers.
