About to grill some thin cutlets. Any suggestions on temp and time? Was thinkin of doing high heat with top open. Marinating in citrus marinade for fajitas.

What do mean by thin? If you pounded them out two to three min per.side should be enough. To be sure cut a slit in the thickest part and if it looks done take it off.Or,if it is thick enough to put a probe in it remove at 160.
