London Broil Slow cook
Comments
-
Scotty Doo,
London broil is a pretty lean cut of meat...personally I would do it hot and fast...slow cooking it would lead to a dry, tough pice of meat most likely..[p]Wess

Scotty Doo,
Definitely a sear job!
Maybe a schmear (mustard/soy) job, too!
Or rub it with some Raisin' the Steaks ... yum!
Keep it cooked less than medium.
And let it rest a few.
MAybe with some rice-a-roni, salad, and a brew?
:-)[p]Peter
