A Korean bbq chicken place opened this week and there’s a sauce they use on fried chicken. Will be made as a marinade soon for egged wings. There’s a regular sauce and ones a spicey version

Don't know if new or not but just hit the search function here and you will be swamped with wing recipe options. Key is to air dry them in the fridge for a good 24 hours before cooking and use the famous baking powder dusting to get the crispness.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

My local brewery has a gochujang honey sauce that is phenomenal. I’m going to try to replicate it next time I do them.Las Vegas, NV
