I dropped my cast iron Mini Cooking Grate. Broke in 1/2 piece I cannot find one anywhere. Can someone direct me to where I could find one. Thanks

Can you simply use it as two pieces? If not are you handy with a hack saw or even an angle grinder and simply cut a circle out of a rectangular piece. Cast iron is actually pretty soft metal. BTW I've made 4 such grates - 1 for myself and 3 for friends.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

there are two sizes here
https://petromax.com/products/cast-iron-stacking-grate
and plenty of sellers in the US.
smaller size might be too small to hit fire ring.
larger size might work and be easier to cut in 6 small spots between the rings. -
I’m going to measure my mini tomorrow to get the right size. Thanks everyoneLarge, Small, Mini Max & Mini.

personally I like a pair of half CI grates. Lots more flexibility including putting a half moon plancha on one side, or having the SS grill at fire ring level and the back of the egg with a half CI grid letting get at the lower or the upper cook.~~

I’ve read your post 3-4 times. You like to use a half moon plancha on a mini egg? I didn’t even know there was one for a mini egg? I learn something new everyday.

no, my fault I was talking about what I like to do on my large. I got sidetracked from the topic at hand and forgot that it was your mini that broke the grid.
I lost focus, it happens. ask my wife.~~
