Chicken Cordon Bleu

I've been lurking and not posting so I thought I'd share something.

I tried a take on Chicken Cordon Bleu.  I pounded out boneless chicken thighs and put the usual inside (Dijon mustard, swiss cheese & ham),   Covered them with a rub and cooked them raised direct.





7/10 - Will make again.
