How big of a problem is this? For context, I take care of my Egg like I take care of my toddler. No drops, no hits, lots of love. I need at least two more cooks before replacing.
also, i cannot for the life of me find whatever number is apparently on the inside and f the egg for warranty purposes. Am I screwed?

If the Egg is parked over concrete a few feet away from buildings, I would roll the dice. If it’s on a deck then no way.

if you are the original owner and registered it with the mothership you shouldn’t have a problem.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

hoping for the best! maybe call HQ? there was a limited time sign up grace period to register older eggs for warranty. would be interesting to hear how they are handling late signups because it’s hard to think that every eligible owner saw the notifications.
also it may be that serialized eggs only started at a certain date then forward. someone here will know. -
theres a link here to check if you did register it. they put that serial no in some strange places, my 2001 its under the gasket

As @Gulfcoastguy mentioned. If you can use it on concrete - use it until you receive the new base.

Thanks for that link Fishlessman. I found my Large is registered, but my Medium is not. Bought the Medium about 25 years ago. Now have to find out if I’m screwed.

A few months back when they were launching that warranty portal, we were allowed to register without proof. Perhaps @HannahGreeneEgg can help you get that Medium registered.Gandolf said:Thanks for that link Fishlessman. I found my Large is registered, but my Medium is not.
