Short rib timing

Howdy Eggers - Haven't posted in a while.  I have a 9# short rib from SRF.  Want to serve it on Turkey Day.  Using the turbo method on my LBGE (~300), how long should I expect this to take?  Will send pics thru & after cook.  Cheers!
My daughter named my Egg Shrek, because it is big, green, and burps.
LBGE in Arlington, VA

Go with the toothpick test for the win.  Regarding the membrane I always remove it but many keep it on.  Your choice.  Brisket on a stick right there.  Enjoy!
