I always thought steakums were trailer park cheesesteaks. Those look like carne asada tortas (upgrade from steakums)

reminds me of the ribeye sandwich from this chain. back in the 1990s menu was simpler. just basic thin ribeye and a bun and maybe cheese.

Those are some sweet looking steak cuts (nevermind the thickness). I would enjoy them straight up.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
