My wife found me in the fridge at lunchtime "What are you making?" "I don't know, but I'm hungry so I'm going to throw together ingredients until it becomes food"

Frittata (eggs, peppers, green onions) with grated cheese and red salsa between two toasted corn tortillas. Topped with a pepperoncini, splashed with Tabasco. It was good, will likely never duplicate.
