gets your cooks on - eh! A month earlier as usual than south of the 49th, but the calendar says this weekend, so who are we to argue?

i get given so much food and treats for Christmas that by the time I finish them all it will be Easter and I will have the same shape as an egg. Rather fitting I think.

- Vegetarian Tourtiere
- Roasted Butternut squash in Sriracha sauce
- Foccacia bread
- Roasted broccoli brussel sprouts
- heated a store bought cherry pie in the egg brought my MiL (who hates pumpkin pie) after the cooks were done
the broccoli brussel sprouts and heated pie was interesting because I did the broccoli brussel sprouts ring level over direct while the pie heated up high on a stack of baskets using a pizza stone for indirect .

I'll just say that the meal paired nicely with a Lagavulin 12 Year Old and a "hmph" look from my wife.~~

Pie edge protector. My daughter (starting to bake) insisted that she give them to my wife for her birthday. So now we bake with protection which prevents little accidents from happening.~~
