Split Chicken Breast...Jamaica Mon!

Did a quick-fix tonight. We had chicken breasts with Dizzy Pig's Jamaican Rub tonight. Cooked at 375 for about 40 minutes indirect and turned out great...very moist. Also cooked some skillet potatoes with onions and bell peppers and a few grilled tomatoes. A good little meal! Here's a pic.[p]
