Greetings friends!
my search and quest to aquire each of the sizes of BGEs has taken a step forward.
The MiniMax has yet to get a name (all my BGEs are names for characters in Phish songs), but got a helluva first cook, with roasted veg and mushroom stuffed hatch peppers next to a legit 2 1/2 inch strip. Not my usual cut, or quantity, but we have dear family in the hospital for the last time and I thought Uncle Bobby would approve.

What an intro banquet right there. Nailed the cook but that crust and steak cross-cut with fork placement wins the evening. Da-n!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
