The 14th Annual Florida Minifest
egret
Posts: 4,188
The Annual Florida Minifest is a unique cooking event where outdoor cooking enthusiasts meet for three days at this beautiful oceanside resort and cook for their fellow cooks. Most cooks bring their transportable cookers/grills such as Big Green Eggs, Primos, Webers, Ninjas, Blackstones, etc. and cook what they want, when they want, while still making time to go shopping, fishing, surfing, swimming in the pool, walking on the beach, or just plain relaxing. There’s an XL Big Green Egg that belongs to the resort you may use as well. The resort sets up a 20’ X 40’ tent in the parking lot that gives us plenty of space and cover.
For those of you who have not attended this event in the past, this will probably be the most enjoyable cooking event you’ll ever be part of. Just imagine an entire motel/resort right on the Atlantic Ocean filled up with fellow cooking enthusiasts, and imagine eating amazing creations fresh off the cookers/grills for three days !!
Come and be a part of this amazing event. Call and make your reservations soon. There are only a limited number of suites still available so call soon (321-723-3355, https://tuckawayshores.com/).

Pardon me, John, I know my brains and veins tend to be rusty at times but was the origin of this annual event originally called Poolman Pook’s? Is Pat still kicking?Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time
