Sweet right there.  Great bark.  Nice ring as well.  Brisket on a stick as you so aptly demonstrate.

@GrateEggspectations Yes sir. I do think my wife might have snuck in some Brazilian Steakhouses rub also. She right now is in denial.

those look beautiful... great color, bark, smoke ring.

I don't understand what a "run of the mill" cook is. If someone put enough thought, and love, into it to share, then that's special enough. I love seeing these cooks.

Those are good looking ribs. Great bark and a nice defined ring.
We cooked a couple of chucks roasts this weekend, turned out great. My son and grandkids came for dinner and his first comment when he looked in the egg was..” I was expecting ribs..”
Just means we will have to copy your cook next weekend 😁 *Darn*

@PoppasGrill funny you mentioned chuck roasts. My better 95% just rolled in from the Commissary with a twin pack of “Chuckies” that she wants me to do on Friday.
    - Been a couple of years since I have done them and looking forward to that cook.
    - Good luck on your rib cook. Have to admit that is one of my favorite cooks.
