I saw a picture of turkey wings here on the forum. Can someone tell me time and temp? I love turkey wings and they're on my to do list for this week.
Yesterday ribs, of course. Today flank. No doubt a pizza will hit the stone mid week. Gee this is fun.

Kona Coffee Rub
¼ cup salt (one fourth cup)(I cut mine to this)

½ cup expresso ground (very fine) Kona coffee (one half cup)
¼ cup garlic powder (one fourth cup)
¼ cup ground black pepper (one fourth cup)Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd. -
