I only know a few, and I've only used the first one. I use that one regularly.
The grid fit nicely in my 10" cast iron pan. The pan is well-seasoned and I can leave it full of soapy water over night, such as when I'm going to use the Mini the next day. Here's the Mini grid in my pan:

I've also got a Bluestar gas stove, and I discovered that its burner grates fit well in the Mini. I haven't used this for anything yet, but it would be a convenient way to support a cast iron pan or a small griddle. It looks like the top would close but I didn't try that.

The burner recess also fits well, but I don't know of any particular benefit to doing that.
