So onward and upward-
The sacrificial Burger, up to the challenge-

Yep- that is a fried egg with some 3 blend (didn't want to push the envelope) Mexican cheese, over the burger with some jalas hiding.

Didn't pick up on the stix flavour (nod) but there was a lot going on. It was quite good and a quick cook.  
Good fun for a pedestrian Friday evening cook.
(BTW- I was first exposed to the fried egg burger topping many decades ago in college-google Bo burger for some history.)

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
