    From the FP 1 and 2 results it seems the teams have adjusted quite well given the extremely slim lap margins.

    Lance Stroll qualified in 14th place but had to withdraw from the race on Saturday night so he could undergo a procedure to rectify hand and wrist pains, which his medical consultant believes are related to the procedure he underwent in early 2023.

    With the $$ flowing around Formula 1 I have never had a thought about such trivial events. 
    I thought high end thoroughbred horses were up there-silly me compared to the F1 deal.  

    Just to get back to some level of reality: What is a billion? Here's a look:  If when you were born you could count in one second intervals you would arrive at One Billion in around 31.67 years.  So, most of us are on the planet for around 2.5 billion seconds.  I am getting close to finishing the count and my life's hour glass of sand going empty.  But ever onward!
