Beef Ribs Tonight

Picked up some beef ribs today. Very straight forward cook: salt/pepper/garlic, 250, let it ride (no spray or wrap). Went about 7 hours, pulled at 200 and rested for an hour. Taste was great, wish they had been a little more meaty, but they were solid.

Looks great. I don’t know which I prefer…. Yours, or the other guy with the “Beef Ribs Tonight” post. 😂

I'll take both! 🐄Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Good color on those!I know brisket is the Holy Grail for many bbq'ers, but I'll take beef ribs over brisket any day. Especially, if I'm tasked to be the cook.If you're looking for dino bones (chuck, or plate ribs), ask for them at your stores meat counter. Sam's Club, and Costco have them, too.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.
